Calligraphy Health is a pathway to a healthier, more balanced life.
It is a an internal wellbeing system based on ancient Chinese knowledge (Nei Gong) shared by Master Zhen Hua Yang to soothe modern problems like stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and more.
The practice combines breath, mind and movement to restore your body to its most balanced, happy and healthy state. It is a wellbeing system that enhances your blood circulation, improves organ function and energy levels as well as calms your mind.
